Finance & Control department in Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is a part of Global Finance organization and responsible for full accounting and financial reporting cycle for Circle K European operations. Specialist Finance in Billing Cards team
Type of employment: permanent
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Work with Customer daily and periodical Billing processes;
- Process ad-hoc Debit/Credit Billing;
- Take part in month end closing processes according to reporting schedule;
- Respond to customers' queries;
- Perform other department’s tasks according to manager’s assignment.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- Good understanding of Financial processes;
- Good computer skills (MS Office);
- General understanding of ERP systems;
- Fluent English to communicate successfully with colleagues abroad;
- Very good communication and collaboration skills;
- Precise, analytical, organized and stress resistant personality;
- Improvement driven and good team player.
