This job is responsible for supporting the delivery and health of digital capabilities or processes through project management and operations support. Key responsibilities include closely collaborating across different stakeholders and functions, executing on direction from day-to-day leaders, developing digital features, preparing for go-to-market, monitoring post-launch health, and analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) performance. Job expectations include applying knowledge and digital acumen to define and deliver solutions that solve business problems.
Responsibilities:
Delivers world-class software solutions within time, scope, and budget by following established project management practices, such as planning, supervision, risk mitigation, and issue resolution
Provides ongoing operational support by ensuring the day-to-day health of digital capabilities, including resolving defects, routing complaints, and monitoring performance metrics
Ensures all policies, procedures, and processes are followed when delivering software solutions
Drives Agile routines including increment planning, standups, grooming, and retrospectives
Communicates effectively and in an engaging manner with stakeholders, partners, and teammates
Builds and maintains relationships across stakeholders and partners in order to effectively navigate the bank and ensure successful delivery of assigned work
Acts independently, when proactively actioning on guidance and feedback
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of relevant experience
Strong written communication and storytelling skills
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, executive-ready narratives
Strong curiosity and ability to identify meaningful accomplishments, trends, and success stories
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Self-starter with strong attention to detail
Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI-enabled productivity tools
Desired Qualifications:
Knowledge of digital products, technology, data, analytics, or automation initiatives
Ability to translate analytics, operational results, or project outcomes into business-focused stories
Experience maintaining knowledge repositories or content inventories
