$150,000–$180,000 base | Remote, United States | Comprehensive benefits
Your Impact
Turn complex clinical workflows, data, and integrations into products people use every day. You’ll own work from discovery through launch and adoption, partnering directly with clinicians, operations, client service, and engineering.
What You Will Own
- Shape the roadmap across scheduling and outreach, clinical documentation, coding and quality review, the PostgreSQL warehouse, and client reporting.
- Translate workflow and reporting needs into specifications, acceptance criteria, UAT, and measurable outcomes.
- Write and optimize SQL to investigate encounters, coding, claims, data quality, and reconciliation.
- Define EMR, lab, HIE, and client-feed integrations: mappings, validation, error handling, testing, and go-live readiness.
- Work with schedulers, clinicians, coders, and client teams to eliminate rework and data gaps.
- Ship AI/LLM features for documentation, coding review, outreach, or quality assurance, with output evaluation, quality thresholds, and human review.
What You Bring
- Healthcare industry experience is required, with working knowledge of HIPAA constraints.
- 4+ years in product management, technical product management, or closely related work, with ownership of shipped products.
- Product management experience with an EMR, HIE, or another major clinical platform.
- Fluent SQL, including joins, aggregation, and window functions.
- Direct authorship of integration specifications using FHIR, HL7 v2, or C-CDA.
- Production AI/LLM feature experience, including evaluation of output quality.
- Familiarity with ICD-10, CPT, and LOINC, plus effective collaboration with clinical, engineering, and client teams.
Strong Pluses
Value-based care, health risk assessments, annual wellness visits, or experience at a comparable preventive-care or clinical-services company. These are advantages, not requirements.
