Electrical Package Lead
North Sea Terminal Bremerhaven (NTB) Transformation Project
Electrification and renewable energy will be central to the project, supporting the ambition to operate with zero greenhouse gas emissions. As Electrical Package Lead, you will help deliver the electrical infrastructure required to create an efficient, resilient and future-ready terminal.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the electrical scope of the NTB modernisation project, ensuring delivery in line with agreed safety, quality, schedule, budget and performance objectives.
Drive electrical design through consultants and review designs, specifications, method statements and risk assessments against APM Terminals and legal standards.
Support procurement across execution contracts and align electrical equipment specifications with terminal, regulatory and workforce requirements.
Manage the delivery of terminal substations and high-voltage infrastructure through design, procurement, installation, commissioning and integration testing.
Direct electrical vendors, consultants and contractors, monitoring progress and addressing technical issues, delays, risks, changes and dependencies.
Implement project controls, track performance against the approved baseline and recommend corrective or mitigating actions when required.
Demonstrate visible HSSE leadership on site and monitor contractor and designer compliance in cooperation with the project HSSE team.

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, preferably electrical engineering.
At least five to seven years of experience in electrical engineering design, procurement and delivery within large-scale infrastructure, heavy industrial or container terminal projects.
Strong knowledge of high-voltage substations, transformers, control systems and associated industrial infrastructure architecture.
Demonstrated experience leading electrical work packages across multiple contracts and managing vendors, design consultants and contractors.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions, organisational levels and culturally diverse environments.
