We are looking for a commercially focused Buyer Assistant to become a vital part of our APAC Purchasing team.
Our goal is to build a sophisticated team equipped with strong technical awareness, commercial judgement and business acumen. Each team member adds value to the business, the customer and the wider supply chain.
Insight on your impact
- Support buyers to upload vendor quotations into the system and validate AI-uploaded quotations to ensure accuracy.
- Follow up on designated late shipments with suppliers to improve delivery performance.
- Coordinate with Process Control, SDG, Finance, and Purchasing teams to resolve documentation and compliance issues.
- Assist the Purchasing Manager with reporting, data maintenance, and administrative tasks.
- Act as a junior buyer and support RFQ activities during periods of high workload

Your qualifications, your influence
To be successful in the role, you must possess the following skills:
- Strong Skills in Excel
- Professional English, Communication both written and verbal
- 1+ years or relevant buyer experience preferably within the semiconductor industry
