Help us shape the continued development of our inside sales operations.

We are looking for someone to join our central sales team in an inside sales role that offers opportunities for professional growth in coordination and process development.

In this position, you will combine a customer-oriented mindset with organizational talent and an eye for efficient workflows. You will start in an operational inside sales role, gaining a detailed understanding of our products, customers, and processes, before gradually evolving into a key coordinator within the team.

As part of our central team, you will work at the interface of sales, purchasing, and logistics, ensuring the seamless integration of information, priorities, and processes. You will not only support day-to-day operations but also contribute your own ideas, question existing workflows, and collaborate with us on the further development of our internal sales department.

• Providing support and advice to customers via phone and email
• Preparing and following up on quotations
• Processing orders
• Coordinating with purchasing, warehousing, and logistics
• Supporting the field sales team
• Handling complaints and claims
• Maintaining customer and product master data in the ERP system
• Coordinating and prioritizing tasks within the internal sales team
• Assisting in the further development of structures, workflows, and standards
• Identifying opportunities for optimization and developing pragmatic solutions
• Ensuring a transparent flow of information between sales, purchasing, and logistics
• Supporting the implementation and further development of digital processes and systems

Requirements

Ihr Profil

• Completed vocational training in a commercial or technical field, a degree in business administration or a technical discipline, or a comparable qualification
• Ideally, initial professional experience in wholesale, preferably within an industrial setting
• A structured and meticulous approach to work, combined with a passion for communication, organization, and teamwork
• Strong customer and service orientation, along with the ability to pragmatically reconcile diverse requirements
• An interest in technical products and the ability to quickly grasp technical concepts and explain them clearly
• Proficiency in MS Office and—ideally—some initial experience with merchandise management systems (e.g., Sage)
• A strong willingness to learn and an enthusiasm for familiarizing yourself with new topics
• Good written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus but not required
