Starting Pay: $180/full day; $190/full day if in the same classroom for 10 consecutive days or longer
On Call
Shifts: Monday–Friday, Daytime Schedule

Locations: Boys Town Education Center and Wegner Day School

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Deliver engaging instruction and implement lesson plans for students in accordance with established curriculum
• Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet individual student needs
• Supervise and support students in classroom and school settings
• Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with staff and families.

Who We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited school required.
• Current Nebraska Teaching Certificate or Nebraska Substitute Teacher Certificate or a Local Substitute Teacher Certificate required.
• PEM, CPR and nationally recognized personal restraint model must be obtained if subbing in the RTC or select settings required.
• CPR and personal restraint certification (required in select settings)
• Background and experience to include work with learning disabled and behaviorally impaired learners preferred.
• Special Education endorsement preferred.
