Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Drive capital management initiatives to strengthen capital structure and maintain financial flexibility worldwide Coordinate internal and external financing activities for Infineon entities globally in line with finance and governance
standards Own results for financing , liquidity and financial risk management , and derive countermeasures when market conditions change Support continuous exchange with banks , investors and rating agencies to secure access
to funding and support market
positioning Contribute to strategic projects including Mergers and Acquisitions, with a focus on financing related matters Prepare and enable complex decision-making with high financial impact based on policies , guidelines and sound stakeholder alignment Define and further develop policies and
standards for leasing , guarantees and advance payments , including risk, balance sheet and liquidity
assessment Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree
in Business Administration, Economics or similar At
least 8+ years of professional
experience in Financing, Corporate
Finance , Treasury , Rating or Debt Investment Proven
financial analysis and modeling capabilities,
combined with a strong understanding of financial
markets and financial products Guide
others to resolve complex issues in own specialized area and solve complex problems with
implications on cross-functional business processes and outcomes Strong
communication , stakeholder management and team
collaboration skills, combined with structured
thinking and high reliability Interest
in digitalization and data-driven
ways of working, with a self-starter
mindset and strong ownershi Profound
skills in Microsoft Office
(especially Excel, PowerPoint) Fluent
in English
