Description
Director of Product Management - Operations Enablement leads the Operations Enablement product portfolio, overseeing products that support enterprise operational functions, financial processes, core business systems, and platform integrations. This role owns product strategy and execution by aligning business objectives, technology capabilities, and stakeholder priorities to drive continuous improvement, operational stability, modernization, measurable business value, and organizational growth while helping establish and mature the company’s product operating model.
Responsibilities:
- Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery priorities for Operations Enablement capabilities
- Partner with leaders across Finance, Product Development, Operations, and other enterprise functions to align technology investments with business objectives
- Lead Product Owners, Agile teams, analysts, engineers, and vendor partners to deliver scalable business solutions
- Drive optimization and modernization of legacy systems, enterprise platforms, pricing engines, financial systems, and operational workflows
- Translate complex business requirements into technology strategies, delivery plans, and measurable product outcomes
- Evaluate platform capabilities, vendor solutions, integrations, and build-versus-buy opportunities
- Balance innovation with operational stability, predictability, compliance, and business continuity requirements
- Use KPIs and business metrics to prioritize investments, measure value, and improve operational performance
- Establish product management processes, governance, planning disciplines, and delivery methodologies within a growing product organization
- Lead cross-functional alignment across numerous business functions and technology stakeholders
- Drive funding discussions, business case development, vendor management, and adoption strategies
- Ensure execution against strategic objectives while maintaining system reliability and operational effectiveness
Qualifications:
- Prior experience as a Product Manager is required and non-negotiable, with demonstrated ownership of product strategy, roadmaps, prioritization, and delivery outcomes
- Demonstrated experience managing enterprise operations, financial systems, core business platforms, or operational technology portfolios
- Strong understanding of Agile product delivery, backlog management, release planning, and value realization
- Experience translating business opportunities into technical capabilities, platform enhancements, and delivery roadmaps
- Experience evaluating enterprise platforms, third-party solutions, integrations, and vendor capabilities
- Ability to balance strategic transformation initiatives with operational stability and business continuity requirements
- Demonstrated success working across multiple departments and stakeholder groups with competing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using KPIs and operational metrics to guide decisions
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and driving alignment between business and technology organizations
- Comfort working within complex ecosystems that include legacy technologies, enterprise platforms, and modernization initiatives
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills
- Strong product management background is required; candidates must have proven experience operating within a mature product model
