The Facilities Technician executes preventive and corrective maintenance activities for the equipment. Operating, building, controlling and maintaining the services of facilities balanced and in good condition.

General Responsibilities
• Assists with facility services, including (Pressured air, heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), installation, maintenance, and balancing.
• Assists with the repair of the mechanical components of the installations and electrical systems, in accordance with standard procedures, internal requirements, manufacturing specifications and safety policies.
• Supports creating and maintaining a basic maintenance manual.
• Assists engineers in the development of methods and procedures to control or improve the facilities process. 

Experience / Qualifications
• Relevant work experience or knowledge of the role
• Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands
• Strong organization, planning and time management skills to achieve results
• Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
