We’re looking for a dynamic and versatile HR professional to join Spin.AI India, our Indian entity, playing a pivotal role in shaping our employee experience from hiring to development. This position is central to our success, driving our talent acquisition efforts from end-to-end, leveraging data to inform HR strategy, and nurturing a vibrant company culture through engagement initiatives and learning programs. You’ll own all HR operations for the India entity - managing payroll, ensuring statutory compliance, and serving as the primary liaison with local compliance consultants.
