Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for conceptualizing, planning, implementing, and managing overall advertising and promotional activities for the CapitaLand portfolio of shopping malls to achieve desired KPIs and unified shopping experience.
- Form strategic partnerships, source for sponsorships and opportunities to host unique marketing activations and identify publicity opportunities for the portfolio of malls.
- Proactively engage tenants to market their products through portfolio-wide initiatives to enhance their sales and shoppers’ experience.
- Conduct post-promotional campaign or event reviews to assess the effectiveness of the promotions / events in terms of shopper traffic and campaign GTO and prepare monthly reports for internal analysis.
- Develop exciting marketing strategies to actively engage communities within the portfolio of malls.
- Analyse competitors, market trends, and identify opportunities to drive sales and footfall.
Requirements
- Degree in Mass Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in retail / hospitality industry
- Creative, dynamic, and resourceful with good media and relevant promotional partners’ contacts
- Good interpersonal skills and excellent in customer relationship management
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills
- Computer literate with strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Fast and independent with strong organizational skills
- Meticulous, self-motivated, able to multi-task and work under pressure
- Results-oriented and able to meet tight deadlines.
