Overview
The Product Owner II plays a key role in delivering innovative digital solutions that drive business value and enhance the customer experience. This position is responsible for executing the vision and strategy for assigned products and capabilities, partnering with business and technology teams to translate needs into actionable solutions.
Working closely with stakeholders, developers, and third-party vendors, the Product Owner II defines product requirements, prioritizes and manages the product backlog, and guides initiatives through the development lifecycle. This role ensures product features and functionality are clearly defined, understood, and successfully delivered. Depending on business needs, the Product Owner II may lead an individual product end-to-end or support a portfolio of products and capabilities in partnership with a Product Manager.
This role is located at the Enterprise Mobility Corporate Headquarters in Clayton, MO and offers a hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities
We are hiring now for immediate openings. Responsibilities include:
- Work with the Digital Products team to understand business cases and goals in order to execute on the vision
- Play a key role in the development of assigned products, including planning, refinement, user acceptance testing, retrospectives, sprints and scrums
- Manage product road maps for features and capabilities to ensure alignment of product development efforts with marketing and business objectives
- Support the Digital Products team to create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog according to marketing and company goals as well as the strategy for the product(s) and the associated capability(ies)
- Ensure delivery of well aligned, high value solutions through the use of product life cycle and agile development methodologies
- Assist with the elaboration of epics, themes and writing user stories and evaluate product progress at the end of every development sprint, accepting or rejecting completed stories
- Partner with and serve as a liaison between Digital Products, IT, other internal partners and external vendors to ensure products are meeting marketing and business objectives
- Support internal teams and third-party vendors with development of feature acceptance criteria, test planning, and end-to-end testing
- Assist with the implementation of projects to ensure successful release and/or launch within appropriate budget guidelines and project timelines, communicating project status to stakeholders
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators within owned products to evaluate product performance and provide support for evaluating and resolving issues reported by our internal and external customers

Qualifications
Minimum
- Must have a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science or other applicable field
- Must have 2+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Technical Project Manager or Business Analyst
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
Preferred
- Experience working in an Agile environment
