Description
NPC is seeking an experienced Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Technical Architect to support a complex enterprise technology environment.
This role will focus on the architecture, design, integration, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Microsoft Power Platform solutions. The ideal candidate brings deep Dynamics 365 expertise along with strong experience in Power Platform, Azure integration services, .NET/C#, SQL Server, and enterprise solution architecture.
What You'll Do
- Architect and design enterprise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Design solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, including Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Define system architecture across integrations, data migration, security, extensibility, and application lifecycle management.
- Design integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Functions, and API Management.
- Provide architectural direction for Dynamics 365 extensibility using .NET/C# and Visual Studio.
- Develop technical and functional design documentation.
- Design data models and database structures supporting Dynamics 365 solutions.
- Establish architecture and strategies for ALM, CI/CD, version control, and deployment.
- Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams.
- Partner with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders at both team and leadership levels.
- Support technical roadmaps, implementation strategies, architecture governance, and project milestones.
- Ensure technical solutions align with business requirements, security standards, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems development, analysis, programming, testing, or related technical disciplines.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience architecting solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience designing integrations using Azure services, including Logic Apps, Functions, and API Management.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with .NET/C# development and Visual Studio for Dynamics 365 extensibility.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience with SQL Server, including data modeling, stored procedures, and reporting.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience leading solution design, technical documentation, and architecture governance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience using Azure DevOps for ALM, CI/CD, and version control.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with GitHub and repository management.
- Strong knowledge of Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
- Strong understanding of enterprise integration, data migration, security, and application lifecycle management.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to lead technical teams while collaborating effectively with business and technology stakeholders.
Education
- Bachelor's degree in an IT-related or Engineering field.
Additional qualifying experience may substitute for the education requirement on a year-for-year basis.
