Hair Stylist / Cosmetologist – Clients Provided + Tips & Commission

At Drybar, we do one thing and we do it really well: blowouts.

No cuts. No color. Just styling, great hair, and making clients feel amazing.

We’re looking for licensed cosmetologists who love the styling side of the beauty industry, enjoy staying busy behind the chair, and want to work somewhere that already has the clients coming in.

💰 The Good Stuff

• Hourly pay + tips + commission

• Commission opportunities on retail, add-ons, braids, updos, memberships, and extensions

• Higher hourly pay opportunities for weekend availability

• Clients are provided — you don’t have to build your own book from scratch

• Paid hands-on training in blowouts, braids, and updos

💇‍♀️ What You’ll Actually Do

You’ll spend your shifts doing what you went to cosmetology school to do — HAIR.

You’ll:

• Shampoo, blow dry, and style clients

• Create polished blowouts for all different hair types and textures

• Style braids, updos, and other specialty looks

• Recommend products and treatments based on each client’s hair needs

• Build relationships with regular clients

• Work alongside a fun, fast-paced team

• Help give every client the confidence boost that comes with really good hair

✨ You’ll Probably Love This Job If You...

• Have a current cosmetology license

• Actually love styling and finishing hair

• Enjoy working with clients and making people feel good

• Like staying busy instead of waiting around for appointments

• Are positive, dependable, and a strong team player

• Want to keep learning and improving your styling skills

• Are available to work weekends, including Saturdays

We’d still love to hear from you! Cosmetology students are welcome to apply and connect with us before graduation. A valid cosmetology license is required before you can begin working behind the chair as a Drybar stylist.
