Job Title: Performance Analyst - Facilities Management Support

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and analytical Performance Analyst to support our Facilities Management Program Coordinator in McKinley West Taguig, Metro Manila. The ideal candidate will analyze data, generate insights, and provide valuable support to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our facilities management programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Data Analysis and Reporting

• Collect and analyze data from various facilities management programs, including soft services, visual site inspections, and vendor management
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to support decision-making processes
• Develop and maintain KPIs to measure program performance and efficiency

Program Performance Monitoring

• Track and analyze the performance of soft services work schedules
• Monitor Visual Site Inspection (VSI) program effectiveness and completion rates
• Evaluate vendor work order compliance and identify areas for improvement

Financial Analysis

• Analyze cost data related to facilities management programs
• Assist in monitoring aged debtors and financial administration processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and efficiency improvements

Quality and Compliance Support

• Analyze data related to PM/RW schedules and their Sub-Type allocations
• Support the review and analysis of compliance work orders and associated documentation

Trend Analysis and Insights

• Conduct trend analysis on VSI data and other program metrics
• Provide actionable insights to the Facilities Management Program Coordinator and Facility Managers

Ad-hoc Analysis and Reporting

• Responding to requests for specific data analysis from the Facilities Management team
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and presentations as needed

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in data Analytics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in facilities management or related industry
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, or Tableau)
• Experience with facilities management software such as Corrigo and/or JLL OnSite
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely

As a Performance Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and improving the efficiency of our facilities management operations. Your insights will directly contribute to the success of our programs across various client portfolios.
