We are searching for talent for our Production Chemical Technologies business line in our Technology and New Product Development teams located in Sugar Land, Texas and Odessa, TX.

As a Chemist you will Support senior researchers with sample preparation, laboratory or field testing, and overall project execution. You will also Conduct chemical product development and qualification testing using established protocols for a variety of laboratory techniques.

  • Location: Odessa, TX

  • Required Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or a related technical field: B.S.

As a Senior Chemist/Engineer supporting the Pilot Plant you will plays a critical part in scaling new technologies from laboratory development to full-scale production. The successful candidate will combine hands-on chemistry, quality assurance experience, pilot plant operational support and project management to ensure product quality, process reliability, and safe execution of scale-up activities.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or a related technical field: M.S. or B.S. with 2 years of relevant experience

As a Principal Chemist will support strategic innovation projects, support manufacturing and supply chain to scale up products from lab to plant, provide technical leadership for a global portfolio of production chemistry technologies and lead the development and advancement of chemistry solutions

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or a related technical field: Ph.D. or M.S. with 2 years of relevant experience, or B.S. with 4 years of relevant experience

As a Lead Chemist you will support with innovation projects leveraging nanotechnology for use in production chemistry. This role is recognized as a technical expert in the development and interpretation of processes and methods and provides solutions to a wide range of difficult problems such as the design of complex systems and programs.

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or related technical field: Ph.D. with 2 years experience or M.S. with 3 years of relevant experience, or B.S. with 5 years of relevant experience

As a Group Leader, you will align resources and prioritize projects amongst your team to ensure targets are met. You will act as a liaison with internal and external customers to define scopes of work and communicate project updates. The ideal candidate is highly versatile, communicates effectively, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strong track record of leading project teams to deliver technical solutions to complex problems. 

  • Location: Sugar Land, TX

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or a related technical field: Ph.D. with 2 years of experience or M.S. with 4 years of relevant experience, or B.S. with 7 years of relevant experience

  • Relevant experiences in management, technology development and innovation areas.

As a Sr. Staff Scientist / Engineer you will advance applied scientific research and product development for product lines, with particular emphasis on emulsion breakers and water clarifiers. The successful candidate will leverage deep expertise in non-ionic surfactants, polymers, interfacial science, colloid and phase behavior, and structure-property relationships to design, formulate, and scale differentiated production chemistry solutions that address complex customer challenges and deliver high-impact innovation

  • Location: Sugar Land, TX

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Chemistry or a related technical field: PhD with 9 years of relevant work experience; MS with 12 years; or BS with 15 years

As a Reservoir Engineer, you will provide reservoir engineering support for assigned Chemically Enhanced Oil Recovery (CEOR) projects by coordinating activities with others within the team to collaboratively ensure targets are met. You will act as a liaison with internal and external customers and provide technical reports and presentations to diverse audiences. Through your work, you will perform and interpret relevant reservoir engineering analysis and draw appropriate conclusions.

  • Location: Sugar Land, TX

  • Minimum Qualifications: Degree in Petroleum, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field: PhD with 2 years of relevant work experience; MS with 4 years of relevant work experience
