Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician

We are looking for an Entry-Level HVAC Service Technician to join our team in Portland, ME. This is a great opportunity for someone who is motivated to build a career in HVAC and wants to learn from experienced technicians while gaining hands-on experience in the field.

The most important thing we're looking for is a good attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn. You don't need to know everything coming in — we're willing to train the right person who is eager to learn and take pride in their work.

What You'll Do

• Perform residential and/or light commercial HVAC service and maintenance
• Assist with troubleshooting heating and cooling systems
• Diagnose basic mechanical and electrical issues
• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and system inspections
• Work safely and professionally in customers' homes and businesses
• Communicate with customers and team members in a professional manner
• Continue developing your HVAC, electrical, and troubleshooting skills

What We're Looking For

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn — most important
• Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently as skills develop
• HVAC trade school graduate
• 6 months of HVAC experience preferred, but not required
• Recent HVAC school graduates are encouraged to apply
• Basic electrical knowledge is a plus
• EPA certification is a plus
• Valid driver's license
• Good communication and customer-service skills
• Ability to work safely, professionally, and respectfully in customer environments
