Key Responsibilities

Client Care

• Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
• Support clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Perform light housekeeping and offer companionship
• Promote client safety, comfort, dignity, and independence

Leadership & Coordination

• Train and mentor caregivers, including onboarding new team members
• Assist with caregiver scheduling and coverage needs
• Participate in an on-call rotation for caregiver and client support
• Attend weekly office meetings to support operations and communication
• Travel throughout Waukesha and Milwaukee Counties, including Lake Country and Eagle/Mukwonago areas

Qualifications

Required

• Minimum 2 years of experience working with seniors
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Availability for occasional weekends, holidays, and on-call responsibilities
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English

Preferred

• Previous experience leading, mentoring, or training caregivers
• Home Health Aide, Caregiver, CNA, or related senior care experience
