Co-op, Supply Chain Spring: January - June 2027 (Onsite)Position Dates: January 11, 2027 – June 30, 2027
Position Overview:
Insulet is seeking a highly motivated student with a Supply Chain focused degree for a cooperative educational (Co-op) position in our Acton, MA office. The Supply Chain Co-op will provide the Supply Chain Planning Team with analytics & reporting that will improve data-driven decision making to ensure raw material availability at all Manufacturing locations. This position will also partner with Global Procurement to drive improvement of various Supplier KPIs.
Responsibilities:
· Provide analytical & tactical support to Supply Chain Planning Team in order to ensure raw material availability at all Manufacturing locations.
· Evaluate Inventory levels by helping manage raw material delivery schedules with Insulet Manufacturing schedules.
· Support Monthly Supplier Forecast Review by continuously evaluating inventory targets & aligning with Manufacturing locations on order coverage.
· Help lead and participate in daily conference calls with key suppliers to ensure alignment on component delivery schedules & engineering initiatives.
· Assist in further development of consistent and effective reporting to manage performance and highlight issues.
· Deliver on a defined set of projects within the Supply Chain team. Projects will include developing new analytical tools, reports, and a metrics dashboard.
· Provide analytical support for ad-hoc Supply Chain Planning projects.
· Manage Supplier interactions to help in driving on time delivery and update Purchase Orders as needed
Education and Experience:
Minimum Requirements:
· Currently enrolled in a BS or BA program in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related degree.
Preferred Skills and Competencies:
· In depth understanding of supply chain, manufacturing and MRP processes.
· Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
· Professional verbal & written communication skills.
· Strong organizational & time management skills.
· Able to work with a team but also be able to work independently when given tasks

Compensation & Benefits: For U.S.-based positions only, the annual base salary range for this role is $25.00 - $34.00 This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation.
