A highly regarded, established multispecialty surgical practice in Wellington, Florida is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible General Surgeon with a strong focus in Breast Surgery to join its growing team.

This opportunity is well suited for a surgeon who values high-quality patient care, clinical autonomy, long-term practice development, and the opportunity to build a strong breast-focused surgical practice within an established private group.

The Opportunity

The incoming surgeon will join an established surgical practice with experienced clinical and administrative infrastructure, strong referral relationships, and a collaborative physician environment.

The position offers the opportunity to develop a practice centered on breast surgery, while also maintaining a general surgery component based on the surgeon’s interests and the needs of the practice.

The ideal candidate will be a skilled, patient-centered surgeon with experience managing both benign and malignant breast disease. We are seeking a physician who values continuity of care, strong relationships with referring physicians, and long-term practice growth.

Candidate Profile

Qualified candidates should:

Be Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery

Have a strong interest and demonstrated experience in Breast Surgery

Be eligible for an unrestricted Florida medical license

Demonstrate excellent clinical judgment and surgical skills

Have a strong commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care

Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Be comfortable managing benign and malignant breast disease

Be interested in developing referral relationships and growing a successful surgical practice

Value collaboration, professionalism, and long-term practice development

Breast surgery experience is strongly preferred. Fellowship training in breast surgical oncology is welcomed but not required for the right candidate.
