• PhD de préférence et expérience d’enseignement au cycle intermédiaire-supérieur.
• Connaissance démontrée du Curriculum de l'Ontario actuel et des documents du ministère de l'Éducation de l'Ontario
• Capacité prouvée à appliquer les Normes d'exercice de la profession et le Code de déontologie de l'Ordre des enseignantes et des enseignants de l'Ontario.

Au moins un parmi :

• Expérience récente en enseignement à temps plein dans une école ou en administration au sein d'un conseil scolaire, incluant deux ans de mise en oeuvre du Curriculum de l'Ontario avec une qualification spécialiste ou
• Dossier de recherche actuel et arbitré, ou
• Examen de synthèse (Ph.D) récent;
