Major Accountabilities:

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts in the automotive industry.
• Understand client needs and objectives, and propose tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, issues, and escalations.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and collaborate with internal teams to propose solutions.
• Forecast sales volumes, monitor performance against targets, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure favorable outcomes for both parties.
• Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive activities, and opportunities for growth.
• Stay updated on industry developments, regulations, and technological advancements that may impact client accounts.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales strategies with company objectives.
• Provide input to product development teams based on client feedback and market insights.
• Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and account performance for management review.
• Analyze sales data to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) and recommend corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales, account management, or related functions
• Experience in OEM/Tier 1 customer management preferred
• Knowledge of RFQ, quotation, pricing, and commercial negotiation processes
• Understanding of automotive product development and program lifecycle
• Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills
• Ability to coordinate effectively with Engineering, Finance, Operations, and other cross-functional teams
• Good command of English communication and presentation skills
