Our people. It’s the curiosity, dedication, and innovation that drive our success and help us anticipate the future.

The Opportunity

Entrust’s identity verification platform supports thousands of documents, each with unique signals. As the global landscape evolves, our technology must adapt to maintain world-class performance. The Document Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to help us scale and optimize document support processes.

As a Associate Document Operations Specialist, you will take ownership of assigned tasks related to document onboarding and performance analysis. Working closely with Document Operations Coordinators, you’ll execute tasks that ensure new document types are properly integrated into our systems, troubleshoot issues, and maintain high-quality standards. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work with autonomy and wants to grow their technical and analytical skills in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Execute document onboarding tasks from start to finish, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal standards.

  • Work on assignments provided by Document Operations Coordinators and other stakeholders, primarily related to document onboarding and document database management.

  • Label identification document data, including working with anonymized samples or documents containing personally identifiable information (PII), following strict security and privacy guidelines.

  • Analyze document performance data and report findings to Coordinators and other stakeholders.

  • Test and validate document-related tooling, providing feedback to Product and Engineering teams.

  • Maintain clear documentation of processes and outcomes.

  • Support second-line inquiries related to document verification performance

What We’re Looking For

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to spot inconsistencies and ensure accuracy.

  • Ownership & Accountability: Comfortable taking responsibility for assigned tasks and seeing them through.

  • Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data and identify trends.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.

  • Collaboration: Enjoy working in a team and communicating across departments.

  • Communication Skills: Clear and concise in both written and verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets).

  • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Looker).

  • Basic understanding of project management tools (Jira, Confluence).

  • Interest in learning about machine learning systems and document verification.

  • Ability to read and interpret East Asian scripts is an advantage.
