Senior ME Engineer

职位概述 | Position Summary

负责溴化锂吸收式制冷机组制造工艺的开发、优化及持续改善，支持生产运营和新产品导入，提升产品质量、生产效率及成本竞争力。

Responsible for the development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for Absorption Chillers. Support production operations and new product introduction activities while driving improvements in quality, productivity, and cost competitiveness.

主要职责 | Key Responsibilities

• 负责溴化锂机组焊接、装配、抽真空、充注、检漏及性能测试等制造工艺的开发与优化。
  Develop and optimize manufacturing processes including welding, assembly, vacuum processing, charging, leak testing, and performance testing.
• 制定和维护工艺文件，包括BOP、FC&PFMEA、及作业指导书OMS。
  Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, including BOP, FC&PFMEA and OMS.
• 为生产现场提供工艺技术支持，解决制造过程中的质量和工艺问题。
  Provide technical support to manufacturing operations and resolve process and quality-related issues.
• 主导精益生产及持续改善项目，提高生产效率、产品质量和成本表现。
  Lead Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and cost performance.
• 支持新产品导入（NPI）、工艺验证及量产转移工作。
  Support New Product Introduction (NPI), process validation, and production transfer activities.
• 参与工装夹具、设备及自动化项目开发与优化。
  Participate in tooling, equipment, and automation improvement projects.
• 与研发、质量、生产及供应链团队协同推动项目实施。
  Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Production, and Supply Chain teams to achieve project objectives.

任职资格 | Qualifications

• 本科及以上学历，机械工程、能源与动力工程、暖通空调、制冷、化学工程等相关工科专业。
  Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Energy & Power Engineering, HVAC, Refrigeration, Chemical Engineering, or related fields.
• 五年以上制造工艺工程相关工作经验。
  Minimum 5 years of Manufacturing Engineering experience.
• 具备暖通空调、制冷设备、压力容器、换热器或装备制造行业经验。
  Experience in HVAC, refrigeration equipment, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, or industrial manufacturing.
• 熟悉焊接、装配及制造工艺。
  Strong knowledge of welding, assembly, and manufacturing processes.
• 熟悉PFMEA、8D,KT等相关问题解决工具。
  Experience with PFMEA, 8D，KT and problem-solving methodologies.
• 具有新产品导入（NPI）及工艺改善项目经验。
  Proven experience in NPI and continuous improvement projects.
• 具备良好的沟通协调及项目管理能力。
  Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.

优先条件 | Preferred Qualifications

• 具有溴化锂吸收式制冷机组制造经验。
  Experience with Lithium Bromide Absorption Chiller manufacturing.
• 熟悉真空系统、氦检工艺及压力容器相关标准（ASME/GB150）。
  Knowledge of vacuum systems, helium leak testing, and pressure vessel standards (ASME/GB150).
• 具有精益生产或六西格玛项目经验。
  Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma experience preferred.
• 熟悉SAP、MES、AutoCAD。
  Familiarity with SAP, MES, AutoCAD,.
• 具备良好的英语听、说、读、写能力，能够熟练阅读和理解英文技术资料、图纸、标准及规范。
  Good command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to read and interpret technical documents, drawings, specifications, and standards.
