Descripción del Rol: El Cloud Senior Engineer gestiona entornos multi-cloud a través de múltiples cuentas de clientes, impulsando la excelencia operativa, la automatización y la mejora continua. Este rol participa en proyectos y propuestas relacionadas con la nube, proporcionando liderazgo técnico y expertise como especialista en las plataformas AWS, GCP y Azure.

Responsabilidades Clave

• Gestionar y optimizar entornos de infraestructura multi-cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) para múltiples cuentas de clientes, asegurando disponibilidad, rendimiento y eficiencia en costos.
• Diseñar e implementar soluciones de arquitectura cloud alineadas con los requerimientos del cliente, mejores prácticas de la industria y estándares de seguridad.
• Liderar proyectos de migración y modernización cloud, definiendo estrategias técnicas y conduciendo la ejecución a través de hitos de entrega.
• Desarrollar y mantener plantillas de Infraestructura como Código (IaC) y pipelines de automatización para estandarizar despliegues y reducir carga operativa.
• Contribuir con expertise técnico en propuestas, estimaciones de costos y diseños de solución para compromisos nuevos y existentes con clientes.
• Monitorear, diagnosticar y resolver incidentes complejos de infraestructura cloud, realizando análisis de causa raíz e implementando medidas preventivas.
• Colaborar con equipos multidisciplinarios incluyendo seguridad, redes, DevOps y desarrollo de aplicaciones para entregar soluciones cloud integradas.
• Mentorear ingenieros junior en mejores prácticas cloud, herramientas y procedimientos operacionales, fomentando el crecimiento de capacidades del equipo.
