Residential Pest Control Floater Technician - Southwest & Northwest of the Houston area

This role focuses primarily on general pest control but highly values candidates with Termite & Rodent (TR) experience, as it enhances your ability to assist across departments. Key Responsibilities
- Support various pest control routes and technicians based on daily operational needs.
- Conduct inspections of residential properties to identify general pest issues.
- Apply appropriate treatment methods to eliminate pests and prevent future infestations.
- Educate homeowners on pest prevention strategies and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, treatments, and follow-up visits.
- Uphold safety protocols and company standards while working independently or alongside other technicians.
- Perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, walking roofs, and accessing tight spaces when needed.
Requirements
- Prior experience in pest control role preferred but not required.
- Comfortable working at heights, climbing ladders, and navigating tight spaces such as crawl spaces and attics.
- Ability to walk on roofs and perform physical tasks required for pest inspections and treatments.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Must have a driving record of 5+ years.
- Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings and Physical.
Physical Requirements
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
- Must be able to work in any weather climate.
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks for extended periods throughout the workday.
- Must be capable of working in various indoor and outdoor environments while safely performing the essential functions of the position.
