As Marketing Coordinator, you'll play a key role in keeping the team organized and operating efficiently. RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing Support:
Lead the execution of the Grey Goose A&P budget (daily tracking, monthly reporting, PO management) & support the Brand Manager in budget strategy and planning.
Manage brand team Point of Sale materials
Coordinate sample shipments and product requests
Lead planning & execution of internal & external partner events that are consistent with brand identity and guidelines
Support marketing asset management
Lead project initiatives related to improving processes and performance in areas of responsibility & support with additional ad hoc marketing projects as assigned
Executive & Team Support:
Schedule and maintain a calendar of appointments for the Vice President and Sr. Director; provide calendar/meeting support to extended team as needed
Coordinate travel and meeting arrangements; set up conference rooms for meetings
Manage expense reports for VP and Sr. Director
Assist with presentations, reports, budgets, and memos as needed
Other duties as assigned

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
You are a passionate, innovative, and creative marketer eager to put the consumer at the heart of all activities first to achieve results.
By living a Founder’s mentality, you are well organized, an independent thinker, able to multitask and are confident in your ability to conduct yourself in an ethical and professional manner consistent with our company values.
You have excellent written and verbal communication skills. You will have opportunities to present in front of small groups of people including executives, Bacardi primos, vendors and customers (both internal and external) at all levels of an organization.
You have strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and ability to deal with confidential issues, if applicable.
You have great analytical skills, able to analyze available information for the purposes of preparing reports, presentations, coordinating efforts, recommendations and solving problems.
Exceptional computer skills to include MS Office (intermediate to advance level in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Outlook) and commonly used design tools such as Canva.
Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a corporate environment. Previous internship or administrative experience in a corporate or marketing environment is a plus.
