Are you passionate about creating intuitive, secure, and high-performing digital client experiences and ready to contribute technical expertise and support a development team?

As a Senior Full Stack Developer, you will combine hands-on frontend and backend engineering with technical ownership and collaboration. Working with UI/UX, architecture, product, DevOps, and banking experts, you will use modern technologies and AI-assisted development practices to turn client and regulatory requirements into secure, scalable, and seamless online banking journeys - from solution design and implementation through deployment and continuous improvement.

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable full stack applications for our online banking platform.
• Translate client, business, regulatory, UX, and technical requirements into accessible end-to-end solutions.
• Build responsive user interfaces and robust backend components in collaboration with UI/UX and engineering specialists.
• Design, document, and maintain APIs and integrations with internal, external, and banking services.
• Ensure high standards for code quality, testing, security, data protection, performance, observability, and maintainability.
• Diagnose cross-stack issues and contribute to code reviews, reusable solutions, engineering standards, AI-assisted development tooling, and CI/CD practices.

Requirements

• Degree or professional training in computer science, software engineering, or a related field - or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of full stack development experience with a strong frontend focus, including JavaScript/TypeScript, modern frontend frameworks, Java and other backend technologies, APIs, and data modelling.
• Strong knowledge of software architecture, clean code, automated testing, CI/CD, security, accessibility, performance, observability, and reliability.
• A collaborative mindset and the ability to promote ownership, constructive feedback, knowledge sharing, and continuous learning within the team.

Nice to have

• Experience in regulated, security-sensitive industries such as financial services.
• Experience with Angular and Quarkus for developing modern web and backend applications.
• Experience building cross-platform mobile apps (e.g., with Capacitor) or native mobile apps.
• Familiarity with OpenShift or Kubernetes for deploying, managing, and scaling containerized applications.
