What You Will Do:
Lead and manage large teams (Analysts, QCs, TLs, Supervisors) across AML and crypto compliance operations
Drive performance across key metrics: productivity, quality, utilization, and SLA adherence
Own workforce planning, capacity management, and attrition control
Conduct performance management, coaching, and capability-building initiatives
Build a strong leadership pipeline through mentoring and succession planning
Promote a high-performance culture focused on accountability, compliance, and continuous improvement
Ensure consistent delivery governance across operations and quality benchmarks
Act as the primary client-facing SPOC for delivery, governance, and escalations
Lead governance cadence including WBRs/MBRs with data-driven insights
Manage client expectations on SLAs, quality, TAT, and compliance adherence
Drive root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions
Handle escalation management and crisis resolution
Identify opportunities for client satisfaction, retention, and business growth
Own end-to-end delivery governance including SLA, productivity, and stakeholder alignment
Collaborate with key internal stakeholders: Compliance, Risk, QA, Training, Product, and Tech teams
Ensure alignment with regulatory updates, client requirements, and operational processes
Drive coordination across Ops, QA, Training, and Tech to improve process outcomes
Support process transitions, knowledge transfers (KT), and ramp-ups
Enable cross-functional alignment for transformation initiatives
What You Will Need:
Lead AML operations across Transaction Monitoring (TMS L1/L2), Customer Due Diligence (CDD), Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) and Sanctions Screening & Investigations
Drive crypto compliance initiatives including blockchain transaction analysis and wallet tracing
Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks (FATF, OFAC, FinCEN, BSA/AML)
Provide SME support for complex/high-risk investigations and escalations
Drive risk-based assessments and typology analysis aligned to regulatory standards
Strong expertise in AML / Financial Crime operations
Deep knowledge of Crypto Compliance
Strong understanding of TMS, CDD, EDD,
Expertise in financial crime typologies and blockchain risk indicators
Proven experience managing 50–100+ FTE teams
Strong people leadership, coaching, and performance management
Ability to manage high-pressure delivery environments
What Would Be Nice To Have:
Minimum 7+ years of experience in AML / Financial Crime / Crypto Compliance
Minimum 2–3+ years of experience in a leadership role (TL / Supervisor / AM)
Proven experience in managing teams and client interactions
Mandatory exposure to crypto/AML compliance
Strong command of KPI management, SLA tracking, and reporting
Data-driven decision-making and dashboard/reporting expertise
