Overview

We’re seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Property Manager to join our Milton Keynes office. You’ll be a main point of contact for landlords and tenants, overseeing maintenance, legal compliance, tenancy progression, and much more. If you have proven experience in property management and are local to Milton Keynes, we’d welcome your application.

• £27800 to £31820 OTE Consists of: basic salary range of £20000 to £27500 per year, dependent on experience, and additional £4320 earnings expected through uncapped commission and additional earnings

What you'll be doing as a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes

• Booking and conducting property inspections
• Negotiating tenancy extensions and/or renewals
• Co-ordinating with contractors, to manage maintenance and/or repair issues at properties
• Deposit returns
• Resolving rental arrears
• Processing eviction requests
• Ensuring properties meet all regulatory health and safety standards
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Managing complaints
• Completing all check in and check out procedures, inc. full inventory reports

The skills and abilities you will need to be a Senior Property Manager at haart Estate Agents in Milton Keynes

• Minimum 3+ years' previous experience in a Property Manager role
• Outstanding customer service
• Good telephone manner
• IT skills

Driving Requirements

• You must hold a valid Full UK Driving Licence for a manual car. We cannot accept automatic-only driving licences at this time.
