We're looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist who enjoys solving problems, providing outstanding
customer service, and making a difference for both our customers and coworkers.
Core Accountabilities
- Establish and maintain customer accounts.
- Monitor accounts and apply payments accurately.
- Partner with store teams to provide exceptional internal customer service.
- Help improve Accounts Receivable processes.
- Scan and maintain accounting records.
- Assist with incoming mail and phone calls.
- Ensure accurate and timely delivery of all assigned duties
- Answer and transfer phone calls, screening when necessary
- Support the Accounting team wherever needed.

Requirements
Required Skills/Abilities
- Two or more years of accounting or Accounts Receivable experience.
- Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- A positive attitude and commitment to outstanding customer service.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities while working collaboratively with others.
- Positive and professional attitude
- Outstanding interpersonal and customer service skills
- Ability to use and manage a multi-line phone
