Who you are:
The Technical Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing an organization and designing its processes and systems, assessing the business model, and integrating it with technology. The role involves assessing the current state, identifying customer requirements, and defining future business solutions. The Analyst will research, gather, and synthesize information to facilitate the testing of implemented solutions.
What you do:
- Identify and define detailed product requirements and use cases.
- Work closely with business units to understand the customer's business strategy, processes, services, roadmap, and operational context.
- Serve as a liaison to the business community and technical team, participating in user and task analysis to maintain the business community's perspective.
- Create and maintain issue logs, meeting minutes, meeting schedules, project summaries, and updates.
- Build test cases from the test scripts and execute system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Create user stories with detailed acceptance criteria within JIRA
What you need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience with full lifecycle development using Waterfall and Agile methodologies
- Ability to understand client business needs, gather user stories and requirements, and comprehend testing phases.
- Knowledge of application functionality and current computer technology.
- US Citizenship required.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with federal clients.
- Experience testing in Postman
- Experience documenting user stories in JIRA
- Familiarity with SQL and XML environments.
- Knowledge of web and reporting technology.
- Experience in Mulesoft Anypoint Studio
