## The team you will be a part of
The Technician (Goalshare) team provides in-home service on full line of WhirlpoolÃÂÃÂs products ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and brand loyalty while providing instruction to customers on proper use and care of product.
## This role in summary
As a Lab Technician, the individual is expected to learn, perform testing activities with supervision in the Performance Dryer laboratory in Monterrey, handling day-to-day operations, data analysis, report preparation, along with other objectives of the Lab Operation.The Lab Technician will report directly to the Lab Supervisor.
## Your responsibilities will include
Experience:
● Ability in using Lab equipment.
● Computer skills (MS Office (ppt., word, excel, etc) and/or G Suite Tools)
● English knowledge is desirable.
● Understanding of 5s principles and methodologies.
● A Technical or High School Diploma is the minimum requirement.
● Basic Knowledge of ISO 17025 is desirable
● Customer Service
Accountabilities:
● Carry out tests according to the Laboratory procedures and proper methodologies with
supervision.
● Record and prepare data and generate lab reports.
● Work together with the Lab Supervisor and Lab Team to generate lean efficiency ideas.
● Collaborate with the Lab Supervisor to move from idea generation to idea implementation.
● Application of the 5S and Safety principles .
● Maintenance of lab equipment and consumables.
● Handles multiple projects concurrently.

● Capability to work in a global engineering team environment, with customers located in local and
other countries.
● Flexibility in adapting to quickly changing business task/project priorities.
