The Role
Key Responsibilities
- Leading and supporting annual budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning processes.
- Producing monthly management reporting and delivering insightful variance analysis.
- Identifying key performance drivers, risks and opportunities across the business.
- Developing financial models to support strategic initiatives, investment decisions and business growth.
- Partnering with business leaders to provide financial insight, challenge and decision support.
- Supporting board, executive and senior leadership reporting requirements.
- Delivering scenario analysis to evaluate commercial opportunities and strategic initiatives.
- Driving continuous improvement across FP&A processes, reporting and management information.
- Supporting the development of KPIs, dashboards and performance monitoring tools.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Finance Business Partnering or Financial Controlling.
- Strong budgeting, forecasting and management reporting experience.
- Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills.
- Ability to translate complex financial information into clear commercial insights.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working within a multinational or complex business environment.
- Fluent English, both written and verbal.
- Exposure to Power BI or other business intelligence tools would be advantageous.
- Experience within a private equity-backed, professional services or high-growth organisation would be beneficial.
