Job Overview: Fall Co-op - Engineering Project Execution Management (PEM) We are seeking a motivated, analytical, and detail-oriented Co-op to join our Engineering Project Execution Management Team (PEM). As a Fall Engineering Project Execution Manager Co-op (PEM) at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP), you will support the development, standardization, and continuous improvement of the tools, systems, and processes used to manage capital investment programs across our manufacturing network. The Co-op will help establish and maintain standardized project management practices, support capital expenditure (CapEx) data management, enhance portfolio reporting capabilities, and improve document governance across the organization. Through collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Program Management teams, the candidate will gain firsthand exposure to how strategic capital investments are planned, executed, and governed within a manufacturing environment. This position is ideal for a student who enjoys working with data, identifying process improvement opportunities, and building scalable solutions that improve visibility, accuracy, and decision-making. The role offers a unique opportunity to understand both the business systems that drive capital project execution and the manufacturing operations those investments support. This role is aligned to the Coffee Operating Unit. Shift/Schedule: The KDP 2027 Fall Co-op Program will run from July 12th - December 10th, 2027 Location: Burlington, MA Full-time; 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 8:00am until 5:00pm Hybrid, In-office Tues- Thurs As a Fall Engineering Project Execution Manager Co-op (PEM), you will have exposure to: Capital Portfolio Management and Governance Processes Project Management System and Tool Standardization CapEx reporting, forecasting, and data analytics Document management and process standardization Cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain teams Executive reporting and portfolio performance visualization Elements of the KDP 2027 Co-op Program include: Engaging and partnering on innovative projects to gain experience in a fast paced, cross functional team environment Receive mentor support for your professional development Participate in meet & greets and lunch & learns with KDP executives and other organization leaders Receive professional development training such as networking, professional skills development and presenting Complete a project from start to finish and present it and your takeaways to your team, department, and senior leaders to highlight your project work and impact on the business Total Rewards: $31/hour Paid bi-weekly $5,000 sign on bonus pay, paid within first 30 days of employment Requirements: Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university, majoring in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Management, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work with large datasets and identify trends Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with Power BI, Air Table, Smartsheet, Planview, Power Automate, or similar tool is a plus. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Interest in manufacturing operations, engineering project execution, and business process improvement Ability to manage multiple priorities while working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Please Note: You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
