Position Overview
We are seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruiting success across high-volume and specialty healthcare positions. This role combines direct recruiting, team leadership, workforce planning, and process improvement to ensure consistent hiring results.
Key Responsibilities

Lead recruiting activities, manage hiring priorities, and drive team performance.

Recruit clinical, nursing, allied health, behavioral health, and advanced practice professionals.

Develop candidate pipelines for high-volume and hard-to-fill positions.

Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs, compensation trends, and workforce planning.

Monitor recruiting KPIs, scorecards, and hiring outcomes.

Optimize ATS workflows, recruiting processes, and candidate experience.

Support compliance, onboarding coordination, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of healthcare recruiting experience.

Proven success with high-volume and specialty healthcare recruitment.

Experience leading or mentoring recruiting teams preferred.

Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and workforce planning skills.

Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting metrics.

Multi-site or multi-state recruiting experience preferred.
