Status- Full time, in office

About the Role

Time-critical parts don't wait, and neither does our fleet. As our Parts Clerk, you are the person who finds the part, gets it moving, and keeps everyone informed until it lands. This is a dual-role position supporting our FAR 135, 145, and 125 certificates and third-party sales opportunities. You will source and distribute parts for AOG, Over-the-Counter, and Work Order needs while running daily logistics, including FAA receiving inspections, material routing, and company shipping.

What You'll Do

• Source parts and tooling on the market for internal customers, present options and recommendations, secure the approved solution, and track it through delivery
• Own time-critical global deliveries and AOG, OTC, and Work Order parts sales, with direct tracking updates to customers and management
• Complete FAA receiving inspections and route material to the right end user or stock room
• Handle company shipping and receiving
• Maintain stock and calibrated tooling inventory, and manage core returns to protect deposit credits and keep vendor accounts in good standing
• Build and maintain a deep network of parts providers, OEM contacts, and shipping partners, and communicate daily with internal and external customers to keep deliveries on schedule
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

What You Bring

Required

• High school diploma
• Ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Valid U.S. state-issued driver's license
• Working knowledge of FAA parts handling and regulatory compliance
• Working knowledge of parts sourcing through third parties and OEMs
• Working knowledge of shipping and handling, permitting, and Customs
• Familiarity with rotable parts management, tooling and calibration, and FAA administrative compliance
• Ability to stay focused, see projects through to completion, and keep your supervisor updated along the way

Preferred

• 12 months of parts handling experience
• Proficiency in EBIS or a comparable platform

Schedule & Physical Requirements

• Five 8-hour workdays per week on-site in Plano, TX; overtime may be required, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Travel is not usually required
• Much of each shift is spent standing or walking, with reaching overhead, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to work in all types of weather conditions
• This position may require FAA-mandated drug and alcohol screening
