What We’re Looking For

• Active real estate license in Florida or ability to obtain within 30 days
• 2+ years of sales experience or demonstrated production preferred
• Full-time commitment and availability, including evenings and weekends
• Responsive, organized, coachable, and accountable
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Willingness to follow the Mark Spain Real Estate process and take extreme ownership of results
