Description
Our client, a hospital in the Raleigh, NC area, has a need for a RN OR Education Resource Specialist to join their team. Candidates MUST be a RN, must have their BSN and must have at least 2 years of OR experience including 1 yr of education.
They are offering up to a $15,000 sign on bonus for a 3 yr commitment.
The OR Education Resource Specialist, RN assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates continuing educational needs of nursing staff and inpatients. Proctors and mentors nurses enrolled in Internship program for Perioperative nurses.
Monday -Friday 6:45am - 3:15pm with flexible hours to cover nights and weekend education
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's Degree Nursing Required; Master's Degree Nursing Preferred
- Master's Degree Education Preferred
- 2 Years Nursing Required; 1 Year Education - Teaching and Facilitation of Learning Required
- Registered Nurse Required; Certified Operating Room Registered Nurse Preferred
