AM Shift

• $22.00/hour
• $500 Sign-On Bonus

PM Shift

• $22.00/hour
• $500 Sign-On Bonus

NOC Shift

• $24.00/hour
• $750 Sign-On Bonus

CNA Job Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, resident-focused care
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including:
  • Bathing
  • Dressing
  • Grooming
  • Toileting
  • Mobility assistance
• Measure and accurately record vital signs
• Observe and report changes in resident condition
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment
• Support resident dignity, independence, and quality of life
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, physicians, and other healthcare team members
• Follow facility policies and state regulations regarding resident care

CNA Requirements

• Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach to care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Skilled nursing, rehabilitation, long-term care, or post-acute experience preferred but not required
• New graduates welcome and encouraged to apply
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced healthcare setting
