Cómo contribuirás
Tus tareas:
- Trabajar con equipos de clientes para hacer un seguimiento de la evolución de los KPI de ingresos
- Completar evaluaciones posteriores acerca de las acciones promocionales en colaboración con finanzas y marketing
- Dar apoyo al Manager de Customer Planning, proporcionando informes regulares que incluyan seguimiento de volumen, gastos comerciales, % promocionado, seguimiento de actualizaciones estacionales
- Supervisar la conversión en ingresos de cualquier aumento de los precios de coste
- Trabajar con los equipos de clientes, finanzas y ventas para asegurar que todos los gastos de promoción en el sistema se acumulan correctamente
- Asistir a los estudios de previsión de negocio para comprender la dinámica de los clientes e identificar las oportunidades y los riesgos del plan
- Aprobar las actividades promocionales de acuerdo con las directrices, con revisiones periódicas de los gastos de promoción

More about this role
Promotional capability within our Revenue Growth Management (RGM) function. This role will be the architect and leader of that capability — owning end-to-end promotional planning, execution, and optimization across all categories, all channels, and all customers in the Mexican market, with a strong emphasis on the Modern Trade / Autoservicios channel . They will lead the transfer and redesign of the promo process from another area, and drive adoption of new ways of working across Sales, Trade, Marketing, Finance, and RGM.
What you need to know about this position:
Plan and execute the promotional plan across all customers, channels, and categories.
Own the planning cycle and ensure monthly execution discipline across the full portfolio.
Land the end-to-end (E2E) Promo Playbook: governance, Ways of Working (WoW), golden rules, and methodology.
Lead post-mortem analyses of promotional events, maintain a learning repository, and continuously update golden rules and the living playbook.
Drive a rigorous Gross-to-Net and P&L mindset in all promotional decisions.
Connect promotional strategy with Pricing, PPA (Price Pack Architecture), Channel Strategy, Brand Strategy, and overall business priorities.
Act as the bridge between commercial and financial perspectives, ensuring promo investments are aligned with the broader RGM agenda
Build credibility and trust to become the go-to voice on promotional effectiveness.
Lead the transfer of the promo process from another area; redesign it and ensure cross-functional adoption (Sales, Trade, Marketing, Finance, RGM).
Build from the ground up: process, governance, tools, and organizational structure for the new Promo capability.
Lead and develop a team of analysts, building their capabilities and ensuring they grow
Education / Certifications:
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Business, or related fields.
Job specific requirements:
5–8+ years of experience in Revenue Growth Management, Trade Marketing, Commercial Planning, or Commercial Finance within CPG/FMCG.
Hands-on experience with Promo / TPM tools (e.g., TPM systems, promo optimization platforms, or equivalent).
Strong analytical and financial profile: comfortable with P&L management, Gross-to-Net waterfalls, ROI analysis, and promotional post-mortems.
Knowledge of Trade & Category Management (Catman): shopper insights, shelf strategy, and how promo connects to in-store execution.
Fluent in the language of commercial analytics: price elasticity, price ladders, price points, promotional lift, cannibalization, and incrementality.
Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing without direct authority.
Strong people leadership skills: ability to develop talent, delegate effectively, and build high-performing teams.
