Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme (“MRC”) for Hong Kong

The Mandatory Reference Checking Scheme is a framework to facilitate Authorized Institutions (“AIs”) to bilaterally obtain reference information during their recruitment process for certain positions, such that misconduct information in an individual’s previous employments can be provided to AIs to inform their employment decisions.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist Team Head to lead and drive the team to achieve and exceed sales targets and business key performance indicators through branches, off-site activities and remote account opening etc.

· Lead the team to solicit new customers, deposit, lending business and business referrals. 

· Handle daily team management including roster management, new hires orientation and staff on-the-job training and coaching covering business planning, product features, service standard, compliance requirement and business referral tactics etc.

· Assist Team Head to drive business strategy, initiatives, implement sales plans and execute operation procedures. 

· Handle complicated customer inquiries and complaints referred by subordinates.

Requirements:

· Degree holder is preferred.

· Minimum 3 years’ selling experience in retail banking, with supervisory experience is preferred.

· Good knowledge in general banking products and services including mortgage.

· Good interpersonal, problem solving and communication skills.

· Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
