For this position, the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design.
- Experience in designing and optimizing user journeys.
- Experience in user research, defining personas, creating wireframes and prototypes, and interface design.
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and User-Centered Design methodologies.
- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, or similar.
- Previous experience in projects in the banking or financial sector is a plus.
- Fluency in Portuguese, at least B2 level
- Availability to work full remote in Portugal, with the possibility of occasional trips to the office in Lisbon (candidates should be in Portugal to be considered).
