Die Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH ist ein Entwicklungs- und Produktionsstandort für Leistungstransistoren (Power MOSFET) mit über 550 Mitarbeitenden. Vishay investiert in Itzehoe in eine neue Halbleiter-Chip-Fabrik und erweitert damit künftig die Produktionskapazitäten.

Was Sie machen werden:

Die Kernaufgabe: Transformiere Produktionsprozesse in digitale Workflows!

Das MES ist das zentrale System unserer Anwendungslandschaft und bildet die Basis für nahtlose digitale Workflows. Es steht in enger Verbindung mit SPC, FDC, R2R und SAP und muss optimal mit dem OHT-Transportsystem abgestimmt werden. Ihre Aufgabe ist es, Produktions- und Qualifikations-Workflows zu gestalten, zu optimieren und in das hochautomatisierte Fertigungsumfeld zu integrieren.

• Modellierung und Optimierung der Produktionsschritte eines Wafers in der Fertigung in enger Zusammenarbeit mit den Prozessbereichen 

• Modellierung und Optimierung von Non-Productive-Wafer Prozessflüssen z.B. für die automatisierte Freigabe von Anlagen nach Wartung 

• Erstellung und Anpassung von Regeln zur Automatisierung von Materialhandling und Transportprozessen 

• Entwicklung und Implementierung von Business Logik im MES 

• Erstellung und Optimierung von Dispatch-Regeln in Zusammenarbeit mit Produktionssteuerung und Industrial Engineering 

• Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den Teams für SPC, FDC, R2R und SAP zur nahtlosen Systemintegration 

• Schulung und Unterstützung von Key-Usern (z. B. Prozess- und Wartungsingenieure) 

• Unterstützung bei der Analyse und Auswertung von Produktionsdaten mit SQL und Python zur Identifikation von Verbesserungspotenzialen und Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports 

Was Sie mitbringen sollten:

• Studienabschluss im Bereich Physik, Elektrotechnik, Informatik, Maschinenbau, Werkstoffwissenschaften oder vergleichbar mit Studienschwerpunkt Halbleitertechnik/-physik oder Mikroelektronik

• Erfahrung mit einer MES-Software wie z.B. 300works, SiView oder OpcenterEx wünschenswert

• Erfahrung in der Halbleiter- oder High-Tech-Industrie von Vorteil

• Kenntnisse einer Programmiersprache wie z.B. Python, C# oder Java sowie Erfahrung mit Versionsverwaltungssystemen wie z.B. Git wünschenswert

• Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit einem interdisziplinären und internationalen Team

• Strukturierte, analytische Denkweise mit Fokus auf Effizienz und Automatisierung

• Gute bis sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift (mind. Level B2)

• Teamplayer mit Hands-on-Mentalität

Vishay Siliconix Itzehoe GmbH is a development and manufacturing facility for power transistors (power MOSFETs) with over 550 employees. Vishay is investing in a new semiconductor chip factory in Itzehoe, thereby expanding its production capacity in the future.

What you will be doing:

The core task: Transform production processes into digital workflows!

The MES is the central system in our application landscape and forms the basis for seamless digital workflows. It is closely integrated with SPC, FDC, R2R and SAP, and must be optimally coordinated with the OHT transport system. Your role is to design and optimise production and qualification workflows and integrate them into the highly automated manufacturing environment.

• Modelling and optimising the production steps for a wafer during manufacturing, in close collaboration with the process departments

• Modelling and optimising non-productive wafer process flows, e.g. for the automated release of equipment following maintenance

• Creating and adapting rules for the automation of material handling and transport processes

• Development and implementation of business logic in the MES

• Creation and optimisation of dispatch rules in collaboration with production control and industrial engineering

• Close collaboration with the SPC, FDC, R2R and SAP teams to ensure seamless system integration

• Training and support for key users (e.g. process and maintenance engineers)

• Support in the analysis and evaluation of production data using SQL and Python to identify areas for improvement and produce meaningful reports

What you will bring along:

• A degree in physics, electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, materials science or a comparable subject, with a specialisation in semiconductor technology/physics or microelectronics

• Experience with MES software such as 300works, SiView or OpcenterEx is desirable

• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry is an advantage

• Knowledge of a programming language such as Python, C# or Java, as well as experience with version control systems such as Git, is desirable

• Enjoy working with an interdisciplinary and international team

• A structured, analytical mindset with a focus on efficiency and automation

• Good to very good written and spoken German and English (minimum level B2)

• A team player with a hands-on approach
