What You Will Do
- Support implementation of Environmental, Health & Safety programs across the facility to ensure compliance with regulatory and corporate requirements.
- Conduct routine safety inspections, observations, and area audits to identify hazards, unsafe conditions, and improvement opportunities.
- Assist with incident reporting, investigations, and root‑cause analysis; support corrective action tracking and verification.
- Deliver EH&S training and onboarding for employees and contractors as required.
- Maintain and update EH&S records, permits, logs, and compliance documentation.
- Support environmental programs including waste management, recycling, chemical storage, and spill prevention.
- Partner with Operations, Maintenance, and Engineering to help integrate safe work practices and hazard controls.
- Participate in emergency response preparedness, drills, and equipment checks.
- Assist in contractor oversight, including verifying qualifications and reviewing work activities for safety compliance.
- Provide day‑to‑day EH&S support on the floor, responding to questions, equipment issues, and work‑area concerns.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives, safety campaigns, and employee engagement activities.
- This position is for 1st shift. Must be flexible to work other shifts as assigned.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, Occupational Health, or a related field; or
- HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Prior experience in manufacturing, aerospace, or industrial operations.
- Experience in safety, environmental, or industrial work environments.
- Safety certifications such as OSHA 30, First Aid/CPR, or other EH&S coursework.
- Experience with incident investigation, safety training, or environmental programs.
- Familiarity with contractor safety platforms such as ISN.
