What Will You Do?

  • Supervise and coordinate distribution center activities, including receiving operations, order fulfillment, and shipping.

  • Lead the distribution center associates to ensure efficiency and meet customer demand.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and delivery time standards.

How Will You Do It?

  • Coordinate and oversee daily shipments of finished goods to domestic and international customers.

  • Record and track deliveries in SAP or another ERP system, ensuring all information is complete and accurate.

  • Verify the availability of materials to be shipped, ensuring compliance with shipping schedules.

  • Supervise the proper loading of materials onto transportation vehicles, ensuring product integrity, organization, and compliance with safety regulations.

  • Ensure the creation and delivery of shipping documentation, including invoices and packing lists.

  • Promptly report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies related to shipments.

  • Monitor carrier performance, including arrival times and route compliance.

  • Coordinate with internal departments (warehouse, production, quality, production) to ensure proper material preparation.

  • Follow up on critical or urgent shipments, ensuring they receive priority throughout the process.

  • Maintain up-to-date shipment status information in the system and daily reports.

  • Participate in internal and external audits, providing required information as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental policies throughout the shipping process.

  • Train and supervise assigned personnel, promoting operational best practices.

What Are We Looking For?

  • Completed bachelor's degree or equivalent professional qualification.

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Shipping Supervisor, plus previous experience in the Shipping area.

  • Experience with SAP (mandatory).

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Availability to work rotating shifts (7:00 a.m. to 4:36 p.m. / 4:36 p.m. to 12:30 a.m.).

  • Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

  • Hands-on, data-driven approach with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.

  • Basic English proficiency.
