  • Document and maintain administrative procedures, helping ensure required reporting is accurate, timely, and aligned with applicable government regulations.

What You Bring to the Role

  • Associate’s degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that supports success in an administrative role.

  • Experience working in a manufacturing environment, with an understanding of the pace, priorities, and need for accuracy in an operations setting.

  • Advanced analytical and Microsoft Excel skills, with the ability to work with data, reporting, audits, metrics, and administrative records.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees, Human Resources, department leaders, and other stakeholders.

  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and take accountability for timely administrative support, scheduling, reporting, and process follow-through.

  • Availability to work different schedules and support a safe, inclusive, and collaborative manufacturing environment.

What’s On Offer

  • Competitive compensation packages, including pay-for-performance variable pay, recognition and rewards programs.
