We’re currently looking for motivated, hard-working individuals to join our civil construction team. You’ll be part of a tight-knit crew (2–4 people), working on projects across the Central and Southern Lakes region. Ideally, you’ll be based in the Alexandra or Cromwell area.
What You’ll Be Doing
Following all Health & Safety, Quality, and Environmental site rules
Building timber boxing and formwork
Placing and finishing concrete
Digging trenches and excavations
General labouring
Supporting tradesmen and operators to get the job done safely and on time
Working with string lines and gravel construction
We’ll provide full training for the right person – attitude and willingness to learn matter most.

You don’t need to have industry experience, but if you’ve worked in civil carpentry or concrete before, that’s a bonus. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a good eye for detail, and a commitment to safety.

Holds a full Class 1 licence
Pays attention to detail and can solve problems on the go
Works well in a small, high-performing team
Communicates clearly and gets along with others
Is physically fit and enjoys working outdoors

Is open to learning, takes feedback well, and always looks to improve
