Description
Alphanumeric is hiring a PROCUREMENT DIRECTOR to work hybrid in Philadelpha, PA with our client of 20 years committed to improving lives through medical and pharmaceutical advancements.

Pay Range: $89 - $94.75
The Procurement Director must be ALL IN to:

- Partner with strategic suppliers to deliver our business objectives and scout for new Suppliers when innovation and creative solutions are needed.
- Proactively monitor for and mitigate against internal and external risks

We will look to you to:
- Partner with one or more of the US Business Units (BU's) or commercial functions (e.g. Vaccines, Oncology, Specialty, Anti-Infectious & Respiratory, Market Access, Digital, Data & Technology, and Strategy, Insights, Transformation & Operations)Build the procurement strategy for the BU(s).
- Lead sourcing and negotiation initiatives that bring value to the organization and align with our strategy.
- Partner with our matrix global category Procurement colleagues to ensure optimization of our global buying power with local business needs.
- Lead large-scale, cross-BU projects.
- Support the business in the planning and preparation for the launch of new assets, ensuring that procurement strategies align with the dynamic needs of commercialization and market entry.
- Support the Digital Transformation journey by promoting AI-driven systems, tools, and processes to boost procurement efficiency, streamline workflows, and drive innovation with actionable insights.
